By making a purchase though this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not make any purchases.
www.hollygeraghty.com reserves the right to cancel any group class as part of the Autumn Series 2023 in the event of insufficient enrolment numbers. In such an event, fees paid in advance will be refunded.

Fees and Payments

All fees associated with the Autumn Series 2023 must be paid prior to commencement.
Kindly be informed that the purchaser shall not be eligible for refunds in the circumstance of their non-attendance for any lessons or sessions within the Autumn Series 2023.

Intellectual Property

All materials distributed as part of the Autumn Series 2023 are protected by copyright law. Participants do not have permission to reproduce, duplicate, copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, or display this copyrighted material without explicit written consent.
Unauthorized use or distribution of copyrighted material provided as part of the Autumn Series 2023 may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

Code of Conduct

By using www.hollygeraghty.com, you agree to abide by the following code of conduct.

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is appropriate, professional, and respectful to all individuals involved in the group classes. www.hollygeraghty.com reserves the right to terminate a participant's involvement in any group class if they fail to comply with this expectation.
Participants who are under the age of 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult throughout their participation in the group classes.

Technical Requirements

All participants must ensure they have a secure and reliable internet connection, as well as access to a suitable camera and microphone, in order to facilitate their participation in the online group classes.

Privacy and Data Collection

By purchasing the Autumn Series 2023, you ("the Purchaser") agree to grant www.hollygeraghty.com permission to contact you using your provided email address and/or contact number for the purpose of distributing information related to the Series.
The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees to share their contact details, including email, contact number, name of the Purchaser, and name of the participant, with www.hollygeraghty.com.
The Purchaser acknowledges that any personal data collected by www.hollygeraghty.com will be treated with the utmost security and confidentiality, strictly in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Such data will only be used for the purpose of distributing information associated with the Autumn Series 2023.
www.hollygeraghty.com will retain the personal data collected from the Purchaser only for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.

Class Cancellation and Rescheduling

www.hollygeraghty.com understands that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally arise, such as illness or other events beyond our control, which may result in the cancellation or rescheduling of a scheduled group class. In the event that the teacher (Holly Geraghty) is unable to facilitate a class, Holly will make every effort to provide advance notice to registered participants.

Notification: If a class cancellation occurs, www.hollygeraghty.com will notify affected participants via email or any other contact information provided during registration. www.hollygeraghty.com will make reasonable efforts to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice, whenever possible.
Rescheduling: In the event of a class cancellation, www.hollygeraghty.com will make a best effort to reschedule the missed class within a reasonable timeframe. The rescheduled class date and time will be communicated to participants through the same channels used for notification.
Refunds: If a rescheduled class date and time is not suitable for a participant, www.hollygeraghty.com will offer a refund for the missed class. Refunds will be processed promptly and using the original payment method whenever possible.
